Martin Laursen, long time target of both Spurs and Middlesbrough has been told by AC Milan, that he can leave at the end of the season. He revealed that his future has been discussed in depth, and his likely destination would be the premership.
Another former Spurs target is expected to head in the opposite direction, Brazilian Diego was finaly handed an Italian passport and is heavily tipped to be joining Milan, in the summer.
He very nearly joined Spurs last year, but due to problems with paperwork the deal fell through.
Diego has had offers from Premership sides, but it was revealed that his Father had recently taken up residence in a flat outside of Milan, which would appear to be a fairly decent indicator of his prefered destination.
