Juventus, the inquest begins

Juventus went out of the champions league last night, after a 1-0 defeat (2-0 on aggregate) to Deportivo La Coruna. An Early goal by Walter Pandiani, sealed the Bianconeri's fate. Worse was to follow, with Alex Del Piero going off injured.

Del Peiro Is expected to face a long lay off, with a suspected right calf strain.

So what can be done to halt what is fast becoming a disapearing season? A lot of people thought the Bianconeri were lucky to get a win at Brescia on Sunday and with Milan next up there are tough times ahead for Juve, who are to add Del Peiro to an increasingly long injury list.

Should they fail to get at least a point in the Milan game, there season could just be about over, with only pride and a champions league place to play for.
