Juventus match fixing punishment reduced

Juventus' punishment in the match fixing scandal have been reduced from -17 points to -9 points. Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano, the Italian Sports Association have decided to reduce Juventus' punishment on Friday. The other two big clubs who were punished for match fixing, Lazio Roma and Fiorentina, have been given a punishment reduction aswell. Lazio's penalty is reduced from -11 point to -3 points and Fiorentina's punishment from -19 to -15 points.

AC Milan will keep the eight point deduction. The fifth club in the scandal, Reggina, will have to wait another month for the verdict of their case. The club has been given a fifteen point deduction.
