"Mark wants to move to the Premiership and Spurs have been to watch him along with a few other English clubs.

"I think he would like to join a club like Spurs, with great tradition and lots of very good players.

"The Premiership is Mark's favoured destination. I think it's likely he will leave in the summer, though you never can tell in football.

"It doesn't matter too much that Spurs are unlikely to be in Europe. When you are playing in a league like the Premiership you've got great games every week.

"We know lots of clubs have been watching him very closely and there has been contact but no firm offers, so we'll wait and see what happens." 

The player would be a nice addition to the Tottenham Hotspur squad, which currently boasts little flair- take away player like Robbie Keane and what are they? Nothing. So would it be a good career move for the player?

PSV Enindhoven are a good side and amongst the bigger clubs in the Dutch league. Tottenham Hotspur are a mi-table Premiership side who would consider getting into Europe, which PSV already do, a major achievement. Stay at Eindohoven, mate.
