Mart Poom's former club Flora Tallinn may have given new hope on the on-off transfer to Everton. The Estonian club would be entitled to a sell-on fee of around £1million if Derby sell Poom for £6million. However Flora are prepared to cut their return by 50% to see their former keeper back in the Premiership.

Flora President Aivar Pohglak said: "Derby County value Poom at £6million, out of which Derby would get £4.9million and Flora £1.1million.

"To help Mart return to the Premiership we are ready to give up that £1.1million if Everton compensate us for £400,000.

However it is unlikely that Everton will be willing to pay over £6million for the keeper when they have already said that their valuation of Poom is not as high as Derby's.
