Reading boss Alan Pardew has picked up the manager of the month gong for February.

Alan Pardew picked up his second manager of the month award of the season.

Pardews side had a 100% record last month.

Reading are sitting pretty in 4th position ,but the manager of the month's kiss of death hit the Royals at the weekend with there defeat at Wimbledon , they will now have to bounce back against Norwich now with 3 teams vying to displace them.
