Wednesday boss Chris Turner has extended Sunderland strikers loan at Hillsborough by a further month. Michael Reddy has had his loan spell at Wednesday extended by a further month , he has failed to score for the Yorkshire outfit but has impressed greatly in his short stay.

Chris Turner is hoping he can get on the score sheet in this second month and try and fire Wednesday away from the bottom.

Speaking to the Wednesday official site said "It's good to be getting first-team games, that's the main thing."

"I suppose it took me a while to get into the pace of the First Division but in the last couple of games I think I've adjusted to it a little bit better."

"It would be nice to get a win and get a goal or two." Reddy added
