Wigan's veteran keeper Dave Beasant has left the JJB and moved to Brighton and Hove Albion.
Former Chelsea , Nottm Forest and Pompey keeper who has been at Wigan this season has joined Brighton's relegation scrap at The Withdean.
Beasant who has also had a stint at Pompey had a clause in his contract saying he could sign for a club that are willing to give him first team football.
Brighton have opted for Beasant because first choice keeper Michael Kuipers and loan keeper Ben Roberts are both out , 43 year old beasant is in his 12th professional year in football and is glad to get a run out again.
