Norwich City defender Craig Fleming has committed himself at the Carrow Road club for a further two seasons after signing an extension to his current contract. Fleming, aged 31 has signed a new deal that will last until the end of the 2004/2005 season. The experienced defender has made more than 200 appearances for the Canaries since his £600,000 move from Oldham Athletic in June 1997.

City manager Nigel Worthington told canaries.co.uk, the club's official website: "I'm delighted to have secured Craig's services for another two years. Craig is an excellent, highly-consistent defender and is a very important member of our squad."
