Tim Sherwood has findly ended weeks of speculation about his move to Pompey and decided to stay put at White Hart Lane. Tim Sherwood has finally put a move to Pompey to bed by agreeing to stay at White Hart Lane at least till the end of the season.

The on off transfer was all set to go ahead today but Sherwood backed against it, and will continue to work with his best friend Glenn Hoddle for the time being.

Sherwood's agent Eric Hall said "It's unlikely Tim will be moving to Portsmouth.

"At the moment it looks like he may stay at Spurs until the end of the season to keep his options open." Hall also added

Sherwood will continue possible being frozen out of Hoddles plays at Spurs after commenting on his tactics for games , but that doesn't seem to bother Sherwood (that being first team football).
