Nottm Forest are on the verge of capturing Benjamin Gavanon from Marseille on loan for the rest of the season. Forest are close to getting Marseille midfielder Benjamin Gavanon , the 22 year old player has already been on trial at Forest this season and has impressed manager Paul Hart, the deal for Gavanon who has failed to get a look in at the French club is reported to be complete by the end of the week.

A spokesman for Forest said on the official website "Olympique Marseille have agreed to our request to take Benjamin on loan and we would hope to complete the deal before the end of this week."
