Wolves are in joint second with superior goal difference over West Brom keeping them in the automatic promotion slot. Milwall are in 5th but tied with Birmingham and Norwich but again superior goal difference keeps them above the two. Both teams know that a defeat tonight will mean that they could slip out of the respective places come the end of the weekend. With 2 games to go each after tonight, now is not the time for slip-ups. Milwall boss, Mark McGhee believes that tonights game could decide the Lions play-off hopes, he spelt out the importance of this game to his team. "It's a massive game. There is pressure on both sides but they can handle it and we have to show we can." McGhee will have to do without Neil Harris (hamstring) and Sean Dyche is touch and go but should play with a pain-killing injection following a rib injury.

Wolves will have new signing, Kevin Cooper, in the side despite taking a nasty boot to the face during the Bank Holiday Monday defeat against Man City. Ex-Milwall man Mark Kennedy will not feature following a groin injury. However another Ex-Lion should take part for Wolves, fiery midfielder Alex Rae can count on a 'warm reception' from the Milwall faithful.
