Young Stoke keeper Ben Foster has joined second division high fliers Bristol City on a months loan. 19 year old Ben Foster Stoke Citys young goalkeeper has gone out on loan to second division Bristol City to gain some much needed first team experience.

Ben joins ex Wolves keeper Mike Stowell on Citys books and hoping to get some first team starts at Ashton Gate while he's there , the young keeper was signed from RC Warwick , he's hoping to get a place on the bench for Bristol City on Saturday.

Speaking to the official site John Rudge said about Foster " We understand he'll be playing for there reserves and also be on there first team bench."

" He is still a highly promising young goalkeeper and the experience of going out on loan will benefit him."
