West Brom knew it was a must win game if they were to keep their automatic promotion hopes on track and they went out and did the job beat Crewe Alex 4-1.

Crewe gifted the Baggies 4 goals through stupid defending. Jordao scored 2 of them while Dichio and Dobie sealed the win after, 18 year old, Ashton brought the game back to 1-1.


Crewe are now in deep trouble after their 5 games in hand have been cut to 2 games in hand yet they're 4th from bottom and West Brom moved 3 points from Wolves, in second place.
