Bates gets no FA support in quest for 15 points

The FA today announced that they would not back Ken Bates' High Court appeal to get the 15 points penalty overturned. This will come as no real suprise, as the FA and Football League closes ranks. This will not deter the Leeds Chairman though, and he will have to face the courts alone to prove that the 15 point penalty was unjust. This battle shows no sign of ending, and Bates looks to be seeing this through to the end.  It could lead to a pleasant suprise in the New Year if the points were returned.
