Leeds won their first away game since August to drag themselves out of the relegation zone. In a hard fought game, Dennis Wise's men dug in for a deserved win. Leeds started off on fire, and Robbie Blake continued his fine recent form when he tapped home from 6 yards following Eddie Lewis' loss cross. Leeds continued to press, and Ian Moore wnet close when his shot from close in hit the bar. However, as the half went on, Plymouth got themselves back into the game, and were level when Djordic headed home.

The second half lacked the excitement of the first, but it was Leeds who went home with all three points, when Lewis finished in style following an excellent through ball from Moore.
