Lincoln City's stadium has now officially changed it's name from Sincil Bank to "The Gelder Group Sincil Bank Stadium".
The Gelder Group are a contrustction company based in Sturton by Stow, a suburb of Lincoln, and they will be the new official sponsors of the stadium. The company are celebrating their 25th year of business this year and with the club approaching their 130th anniversary, it was deemed as an "easy choice" by both parties.
It is unknown how much money this will bring to the club.
Just to clarify, I don't acknowledge stadium sponsorship for the purpose of describing stadiums, so I will never refer to the stadium after this game as anything other than Sincil Bank. Bradford's ground is still Valley Parade, Walsall will always be the Bescot and Mansfield's ground will always be Field Mill. The only time I will ever refer to a ground by a sponsors name is if it has never been known by anything else, i/e The Emirites.

Hi Kate
I will always call it Sincil Bank no matter what they name it each season, but if it brings money into the club by continually re-naming the ground I will have no objection to that.
Naturally I don't expect everyone to agree with with me on this.
