New Arrival

Gareth Steenson

One new arrival has been announced and that’s Dungannon’s Irish Under 21 fly-half Gareth Steenson. Steenson was the leading scorer in last year's Under 21 World Cup and has signed a one year deal at Rotherham.

A jubilant Bester said, "Gareth is a Premiership player in the making and I regard his signing as a personal triumph because I have been trying to get my hands on him for four years. He has a track record at the highest level of playing well under pressure and he is more than just a brilliant kicker and a point machine. I believe he is under-rated as an attacking player."
