Doncaster pick up an excellent away win at Sharmans Cross Road with flanker Jason Foster again amongst the tries with a double.   

The Bees took the lead in the 3^rd minute when Brad Davies put over a penalty goal. The lead lasted just three minutes before prop John Rawson went over for a try and Mark Woodrow converted for 7-3. 10 minutes later they were 14-3 up when full back Wes Davies touched down and again Woodrow converted.

Davies pulled three points back for the Bees but on half time the visitors got a third try as flanker Jason Forster went in for his 12^th try of the season and Woodrow converted to make it 21-6 at half time.

Woodrow kicked his side further ahead with a 45^th minute penalty goal and when he converted Forster 13^th try of the season four minutes later they were out of sight at 31-6 and had the four try bonus point in the bag.

The Bees did finally make it across the Doncaster try line when lock Alex Davidson went over in the 54^th minute.

Woodrow dropped a goal just after the hour mark and they rounded off the win when second row Dan Cook went in for the fifth try on 73 minutes.

Coventry 29 (Tries: Russell (22), K Johnson 2 (39, 62), Nimmo (46). Cons: Russell 3. Pen: Russell (70).   

Newbury 24 (Tries: Styles (4), Nutt (8), Roberts (58). Cons: Defty 3. Pen: Defty (29).  

Coventry take the win over Newbury with both sides level on points before the match and move up to ninth in the table.

Newbury got off to a great start with two converted tries in the opening eight minutes through flanker Matt Styles and winger Martin Nutt and Nick Defty converting them both. Coventry were on the scoreboard on 22 minutes when fly half Ben Russell went in for a try and added the conversion.

Just before the half hour mark Defty slotted over a penalty goal but in the closing stages of the half Coventry got a second try through their winger Kurt Johnson to trail 17-12 at half time.

Coventry were in front six minutes into the half when second row Ian Nimmo went over and Russell converted.

Newbury though responded and were back in front just before the hour mark with full back Mal Roberts touching down and Defty again on target with the boot.

Just four minutes later and it was all square with Johnson completing a double to make it 24 all and Russell added the conversion to give the home side the lead.

They added a 70^th minute penalty goal too round off the win.

Moseley 16 (Try: Binns (79). Con: Thomas. Pens: Thomas 3 (9, 44, 60)  

Exeter return to winning ways at Sandy Park with this home win over Moseley and pick up just their third four try bonus point of the season.  

Moseley were first on the scoreboard with Ollie Thomas putting over a 9^th minute penalty goal for a 3-0 lead.

It took till the 24^th minute for the next score as the Chiefs took the lead with a try from hooker Sam Blythe. Five minutes later it was 12-3 with centre Mark Fatialofa touching down and Adam Staniforth adding the extras and he increased the lead with a penalty late in the half.

Thomas kicked a couple of penalties in the third quarter to get Moseley back into the game at 15-9 but tries from Simon Jenkins and Gary Kingdom as the home side move 27-9 ahead and secure the four try bonus point.

In the final few minutes both sides went over the try line as the Chiefs took the win. 

Otley 21 (Tries: Williams (34), Maifea (44), Parr (65). Cons: Brown 3. 

Bedford Blues 31 (Tries: Pritchard (23), Kettle (28), Brady (40), Dickson (46). Cons: Pritchard 4. Pen: Pritchard (80).    

Bedford Blues pick up a valuable away win taking all five points on offer with this away win at Cross Green.  

It took 23 minutes for the deadlock to be broken with the Blues getting the games opening try through wing James Pritchard who also added the extras for 7-0.

It was 14-0 five minutes later with flanker Adam Kettle touching down and Pritchard again on target.

Otley then managed to cross the Bedford line with second row Paul Williams going over and Andy Brown converting. In added time at the end of the half the Blues scored a third try as No 8 Shaun Brady went over and Pritchard added the extras.

Four minutes into the second half and Otley were back within a score as No 8 Maifea Maifea went over for a try and Brown converted. 

Just two minutes later and the Blues were 14 points ahead again as scrum half Karl Dickson went over for a try and Pritchard again nailed the conversion. .

Again Otley were back within a score on 65 minutes when replacement second row Howard Parr went over and Robin Kitching added the conversion to make it a seven point game again.

The Blues sealed the win when Pritchard put over a late penalty goal to give them a 10 point win.

Plymouth Albion 14 (Try: Sestaret (9). Pens: Neethling 3 (33, 40, 46). 

Earth Titans 11 (Try: Hennessy (44). Pens: Steenson 2 (18, 20).  

Plymouth Albion sent the Titans to just their second defeat of the season and are just a point clear at the top of the table as the top six are separated by just four points.  

Albion were in front after nine minutes when winger Nicholas Sestaret went over for his 7^th try of the season. By the end of the first quarter though the visitors were in front with Gareth Steenson putting over two penalty goals. Wihan Neethling though put the home side back in front with two penalty goals in the final seven minutes of the half and Albion went in 11-6 ahead.

Four minutes into the second half and the Titans were level after centre Bernard Hennessy went in for an unconverted try.

Two minutes later and Neethling put over a penalty goal which in the end turned out to be the winning score as the rest of the half was scoreless.   

Sedgley Park 27 (Tries: M Jones (7), Skurr (10), Fourie (34), Lloyd (76). Cons: P Jones 2. Pen: P Jones (68). 

London Welsh 20 (Tries: Ritchie 2 (4, 16). Cons: Ulph. Pens: Ulph 2 (58, 62).  

Sedgley Park pick up their first win of the season and join Waterloo on nine points but remain bottom with Waterloo having won more matches.

It was the Welsh who took the lead with hooker Chris Ritchie going in for a 4^th minute try and Sam Ulph converted for 7-0.

Park responded just three minutes later when hooker Mark Jones went over and Phil Jones converted to make it 7 apiece.

Three minutes later and Park were in front with No 8 Jon Skurr touching down to make it 12-7. Six minutes later and the Welsh were back in front when Ritchie completed a double and Ulph added the extras for 14-12.

It was Park though who went in at half time ahead after second row Tim Fourie went over for a try and Jones added the extras to make it 19-14.

Ulph kicked the Welsh back in front with two penalty goals either side of the hour mark to make it 21-19 after 62 minutes.

Six minutes later and Park were in front with Jones putting over a penalty goal and they went seven points clear on 76 minutes when replacement second row Ben Lloyd touched down and Park picked up the four try bonus point. .

Leeds Tykes 77 (Try: Rock 2 (4, 52), Hughes 2 (8, 76), Vasey (13), Welding 2 (29, 41), Holtby (31), Dunbar 2 (39, 59), Oakley (58), Schusterman (65) Cons: Hinton 7. Pen: Hinton (21).    

Leeds Tykes are up to third place after their biggest win of the season running in 12 tries in this comprehensive win at Blundellsands.  

It was the home side who took the lead when Dan Loader put over a 1^st minute penalty goal for a 3-0 lead.

The Tykes responded almost immediately and were 15-3 ahead after 13 minutes scoring three quick tries through their backs. Leigh Hinton failed to convert any of them but did put over a 21^st minute penalty to make it 18-3.

Waterloo did then pull seven points back with a try through centre Freeman Payne with Loader converting.

Three more tries for the Tykes before the break saw the visitors go in 37-10 ahead with the backs getting two of them and Hinton putting over a couple of conversions.

In the opening seven minutes of the second half the sides exchanged tries before Leeds went on the rampage to run in another five tries with centre Tom Rock, wing Richard Welding and flanker Jon Dunbar competing double.

Nottingham 20 (Tries: Thompson (32), Penalty Try (80). Cons: Barlow 2. Pens: Barlow 2 (2, 76). 

Cornish Pirates 24 (Tries: Cattle (22), Motusaga (26). Con: Di Bernardo. Pens: Di Bernardo 4 (11, 18, 38, 45).  

This Pirates close to within a point of the leaders after this away win at Nottingham on Sunday afternoon.  

Tom Barlow gave the home side the lead with a 2^nd minute penalty goal but two from Alberto Di Bernardo saw the Pirates lead 6-3 at the end of the first quarter. They then scored two tries in four minutes to make it 18-3 after 26 minutes with scrum half Gavin Cattle and flanker Iva Motusaga, touching down and Di Bernardo adding a conversion.

Before half time Nottingham got back into it with a try from right wing Ben Thompson which Barlow converted but Di Bernardo put over a late penalty goal to send them in 11 points ahead at the break.

Five minutes into the second half and Di Bernardo kicked a fourth penalty goal to give them a 14 point lead.

Barlow did manage a 76^th minute penalty for the home side and deep into injury time they were awarded a penalty try by the referee to close the gap to four points but time was against them and the final whistle went.
