Winger Little faces spell on sidelines again

Reading winger Glen Little faces another spell on the sidelines after a reoccurrence of a hamstring injury for a third time.Little has had a stop start career at the Royals so far since moving from Burnley,but has impressed when fully fit.  

LITTLE INJURED AGAIN

Royals right winger Glen Little faces another spell on the sidelines after a reoccurrence of a hamstring injury for a third time.

The former Burnley star was set to start in yesterday's 2-1 victory over Cardiff City but damaged his hamstring while walking up some stairs at his home.

Little first damaged his hamstring in the 1-0 defeat at West Ham. But after making good progress, he damaged the same hamstring again just a few weeks later.

His Royals career has so far been stop star, but has impressed while he's featured.

Steve Coppell said on Little's injury;

"He tweaked his hamstring running up some stairs this morning so we had to rearrange just after one o'clock. I've told Glen he's now to move into a bungalow!."

Andy Hughes came into the side to replace Little after his short spell out through injury.

We wish Glen a speedy recovery!
