Reading entertain Sunderland at the Madejski Stadium looking to bounce back after defeat on Saturday. Though the Royals will have to do it without Glen Little and Bobby Convey who are both unavailable to play.

Reading are without wingers Bobby Convey and Glen Little for the game against the Black Cats.

Convey is away on International duty while Little is currently struggling with an hamstring injury which forced him off in Saturdays defeat a Millwall.

Nicky Forster and James Harper are still not totally match fit but are expected to play.

Sunderland have a number of first team players currently out injured. Colin Healy is a long term casualty with a broken leg sustained last season.

Defenders Steve Caldwell (groin), Stephen Wright (toe) are both likely to miss out on Tuesday.

Better news for Sunderland is that Julio Arca is expected to return to the starting eleven after a freak incident left him with a jelly fish sting.

Reading will be looking to bounce back on Saturday after defeat at Millwall. The Royals have chalked up three league wins in five.

Sunderland have had a poor start to the new season. Mick McCarthy's men have only managed to chalk up one win in five League games.

That win coming at home to Crewe Alexandra. There latest outing saw them scrape a draw against high flying Wigan at the Stadium Of Light on Saturday.
