Coppell can also make loan signings,though this will prove much more difficult then last season.Last season Premiership clubs weren't allowed to trade between themselves unless a goalkeeper is injured and can be given special dispensation.But the Premier League changed the rules meaning the Nationwide Clubs have a lack of real class players.Reading saw last season what they could do with loan signings such as Matthew Upson and Luke Chadwick.
