Directions If you are not going by train which is the easiest then you need to take the A13 in to London. Then once you reach the crossroads you need to head for Barking road which should be sign posted and then in to Green Street which is where the ground is located. Like with most London clubs car parking is a big problem so it is much easier by train.
Drink Outside Was a few places but not all were letting away fans in especially with current circumstances surrounding the West Ham vs Reading game. If you have a look round the area then you are likely to find a place to get something to drink.
Food outside Plenty of places to get something to eat, If you are coming by train then when you exit Upton Park Station in front of you the is a line of shops.
Drink inside Yes.
Food inside There is a couple of concourse food bars but they get very busy if there is a large Away following, so I did not get a chance to see what was on offer. Though there did seem a large range available as you would expect from a recent Premiership team.

The Experience
The ground has just seen the completion of the huge Dr Martens sound alongside one side of the stand. The new stand is two tiered and has two rows of Executive seating. There are two large tv screens showing the game as it is going on. The away fans are housed in the bottom tier of the Centenary Stand and from here the views are very poor. It does not help when the pitch has been moved over to accommodate the new stand and give enough room for a new stand to replace the old East Stand. For a premiership stadium it was disappointing to say the least.
