Pardew looking to sign Edworthy after trial

Alan Pardew is looking to bring in Marc Edworthy after a very succesfull trail away to Didcot Town last night. Reading ran out 3:1 winners with goals from John Solako, Martin Butler and Nicky Forster Marc Edworthy was released from Wolves at the end of last season. The player is most remembered from his days at Coventry City where he was team mates with John Solako. Pardew has not hid his desire to bring in a new defender and with Edworthy coming on a free he could be the perfect choice.
