Newman set to sign new deal

Reading midfielder Ricky Newman is set to sign a new one year deal. After looking at offers from other clubs he has decided to stay and fight for his place in the Royals team. Due to the good peformances towards the end of the season from Stve Sidwell, James Harper and Andy Hughes. Ricky Newman is likely to find his chances of starting games very limited. Especially if Royals manage to sign Bristol City star Scot Murray.
