A round up of all recent transfer gossip, as the rumour mill is in full swing with a few cheeky rumours going around too! This is the new daily round-up of transfer gossip, from newspapers and websites.

Pennant

Jermaine Pennant and Liverpool is getting boring now , after we insist he is not for sale Steven Gerrard comes out and says Rafa Benitez should sign him , i mean yeah because you haven't got enough wingers, we all know he wouldn't get a game at Liverpool, i read this as well "Crouch is licking his lips at the prospect of getting on the end of Pennant’s deadly crosses" Yes Jermaine was a deadly crosser but Crouch is hardly a clinical finisher eh? people say Crouch has a good touch for a big man, but they don't say hes got a crap header for a big man do they.

Heskey

I see the rumour is we want £5 million for Heskey , are you having a laugh i don't rate Heskey and think we should let him go for £2,000,000 after all he is one of the bigger earners at the club , his goal ratio is one in five games how the hell does that make him worth 5 million!? i also read about a swap with Fulham. Helguson and John which i think would be a great deal as John is a young decent striker with alot to learn still in the game. Helguson could be given a year contract and his experience could prove vital to the Blues promotion hopes. Blackburn and Wigan are also interested in the 28 year old "couldn't hit a barn door" striker. I would welcome a swap deal for Jason Roberts as he has a scoring record in the Championship, however this is unlikely as he is Besiktas bound.

Jarosik

Meanwhile Jarosik is set for crunch talks with Celtic. Even though there are several Russian clubs interested Jarosik looks set to stay in Britain, with clubs like Wigan , West ham and Portsmouth interested in the 28 year-old free scoring midfielder.
