Northampton Town's injury prone Paul Rickets has joined Leigh RMI in a months loan deal which will see him staying there until the end of January.

Paul joined Northampton in summer 2002, but his progress has been limited due to major injury trouble and his time at Leigh RMI will surely give him time to prove his potential and break into the first team squad.

The only appearance he has made so far this season was as a substitute against Portsmouth in the Carling Cup and he'll be looking forward to playing first-team football again.
