Leeds United forward Harry Kewell will reveal where his future lies at the end of the week.
The Australian is expected to hold talks with Chairman Professor John McKenzie over his future with the club.
The forward only has one-year left on his deal with Leeds and is stalling on a new contract offer from the club. Leeds told the International to either sign the new deal or find a new club.
Kewell’s agent said: “Liverpool are an option, as are Arsenal. But Harry has not signed for anybody yet. He has not yet received a final offer from Leeds and until then will not make a final determination.
Leeds Chairman Professor John McKenzie is furious at reports that a second club, believed to be Liverpool, may hijack the deal which could see Kewell join Arsenal.
McKenzie told the Yorkshire Post: “An agent is not allowed to talk to anyone without permission. It seems a team has come in and we don’t know about it.”
We will keep you posted with news about Kewell and his decision to weather to stay with Leeds or move to another club.
