Manchester United will hope the same Burton Albion show up to Old Trafford that did in the non-league club's last outing. On Tuesday evening, Nigel Clough's side were on the wrong end of a Cup shock with a 4-1 defeat at Stourbridge.

After their F.A Cup heroics against Manchester United, Nigel Clough's Burton Albion were brought down to earth with a bang as they slipped to a humiliating 4-1 defeat at Stourbridge. The Burton boss started the game in defence himself, but made no difference as his team served up a complacent and lacklustre display.

The Brewers were on cloud nine after a battling defensive display kept out the highly-paid stars of the Premiership, but it was a stark contrast on Tuesday evening as Midlands Alliance outfit Stourbridge sent their Conference counterparts out of the Birmingham Senior Cup with a convincing victory.

The hosts were three goals to the good within the opening half hour, with striker Mark Bellingham doing the bulk of the damage with a hat-trick within an hour. He had to be substituted early so he could start his shift as a local policeman, but it made no difference to the Glassboys who cruised to a one-sided Cup shock. in front of watching Manchester United scouts.

The defeat is Burton's last game prior to their eagerly anticipated replay at Old Trafford. Ticket arrangements have now been set, and the non-league outfit will enjoy a 9,000 allocation with each person entitled 6 tickets each! The Midlands club are set for a £500,000 windfall for the game, but obviously forgot to show up for this Birmingham Cup game.
