Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher is edging closer and closer to full training following a problematic knee ligament injury he sustained in February's derby game with Manchester City. The Scotsman claims he'll be in full training by the end of the week, but doesn't want to rush back into action and suffer yet another set-back. The injury also ruled him out of his country's World Cup Qualifying game with Italy in Milan. He said: "Hopefully it won't be too long," Fletcher, 21, has endured a stop-start season so far this term, making 13 Premiership starts. |
