Captain Keane Hints Retirement Plans
Manchester United captain Roy Keane has hinted at plans to hang up his boots in 2 seasons time, claiming he needs more time to rest at his age.

Irishman Keane, 33, has only just returned to playing international football for his country Republic of Ireland but now has plans in the horizon to retire from playing football.

"I've got this year and next year left and I still feel I can give 100 per cent to my club and country in that time." admitted the midfielder, who was signed from Nottingham Forest in the 1993/1994 football season.

"I have to rest more, my game has had to change and I have started to do yoga to help with stretching my muscles. It has taken discipline to make sure I get my rest. I have also had to lighten up a bit and not be so intense in training." he added.

However, Keane has promised that there is some fuel left in the tank, saying: "I still have a lot more to give yet. I am not on my last legs."
