A number of Manchester United stars were in action for their countries on Saturday as teams look to prepare for the European Championship that is only a few weeks away. Louis Saha, Mikael Silvestre, Ruud van Nistelrooy and future midfielder Liam Miller were all in action. Hobbs in Trouble

International Round-Up 
A number of Manchester United stars were in action for their countries on Saturday as teams look to prepare for the European Championship that is only a few weeks away.

Ruud van Nistelrooy came off the bench with 20 minutes to go to see out Holland's 1-0 defeat by the hands of Belgium whilst future United midfielder Liam Miller played a full 90 minutes for Ireland in their 3-0 loss in Nigeria. Roy Keane was left out of the squad after playing against Romania.

Louis Saha struck his second goal for France in as many appearances for Jacques Santini's outfit against Andorra yesterday in their 4-0 demolition over Andorra. Mikael Silvestre came through a full game untouched also.

Cristiano Ronaldo suffered a minor injury before Portugal's fixture with Luxemburg and had to have stitches on his nose and eyebrow.
