United To Enter Another Reserve League

Manchester United have announced that they will participate in the Pontins Holiday League next season as well as the FA Premier Reserve League to help more youngsters develop. United left the league 5 years ago but Sir Alex Ferguson has deemed it relevant to return to give youngsters a chance. Hobbs in Trouble

United To Enter Another Reserve League 
Manchester United have announced that they will participate in the Pontins Holiday League next season as well as the FA Premier Reserve League to help more youngsters develop.

The Red Devils parted company with the Pontins League five years ago in order to compete in the FA Premier Reserve league but United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has deemed it relevant to let more youngsters play in competitive games.

"It is imperative that young players get the opportunity to play games," said Ferguson.

"It offers the opportunity of a competitive situation. It is a terrific league and I am delighted that Manchester United are taking part." he added.

The future of United will also take part in the U19 and U17 leagues - giving youngsters 4 leagues to compete in.
