Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has warned his players to stop feeling sorry for themselves after a string of bad results and tells his team to remain focused for the big game against rivals Manchester City.

The Red Devils recently crashed out of the Champions League by the hands of FC Porto to put them out of the draw for the Quarter-finals for the first time in 8 seasons.

"I read what Gary Neville said the other day about injuries and Rio Ferdinand's suspension," said the Scotsman.

"If you do that you fall into the trap of feeling sorry for yourselves."

"It is one where our current situation goes out the window."

"My job is to make sure that they don't. We have got a big game coming up against Manchester City." he added.
