Kleberson work permit granted

Brazilian World Cup winner Kléberson has been granted a British work permit and is now set to join Manchester United in within the next 48 hours.

24-year-old Kléberson completed his medical without a hitch last month and has agreed terms, and the only thing he needs to do know is put pen-to-paper.

If the Athletico Paranaense star completes his move to Old Trafford within the next 24 hours, he will be set to make his debut against Stoke City on Wednesday, as United go head-to-head with the Division 1 outfit in preparation for the Big Kick-Off.

Sir Alex Ferguson is looking to add depth to the squad, as there have been high profile departures in midfield- Veron to Chelsea for £15million, and obviously David Beckham to Real Madrid for £25million.

Sir Alex described Kléberson as-“ Quick, athletic and creative,” and has praised his physique and general fitness.

Kléberson will be the 4^th  big signing of the summer, - following the arrivals of American ‘keeper Tim Howard, young forward David Bellion and Cameroon international Eric Djemba-Djemba.
