Wayne Rooney, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and Michael Carrick all helped England to a 1-1 international friendly draw with Italy on Tuesday evening.
Rooney started in attack with Spurs hot shot Harry Kane, but neither man could find the net against Antonio Conte's side.
Graziano Pellè gave the hosts the lead before the half-hour mark, but England pulled level courtesy of substitute Andros Townsend.
Jones and Rooney played the full game, with Smalling substituted on 44 minutes with an injury, replaced by team mate Carrick.
England's Euro 2016 qualification campaign has been impressive, but also incredibly easy. This friendly was a tougher contest against quality opposition, as Roy Hodgson continue to target success at next year's finals.
