Decision to sack Moyes receives overwhelming support

ManUtdWeb visitors have overwhelmingly backed the decision to sack David Moyes, with almost nine out of ten supporting the club's move in our online poll.

88.64 per cent of respondents agreed that the club had made the right decision in parting company with the Scot.

The Red Devils got rid off Moyes towards the end of a bitterly disappointing campaign, in which United ended the Premier League season in seventh spot.

After Ryan Giggs took the helm on an interim basis, United appointed Dutchman Louis van Gaal to the post, and his arrival as been met by great optimism by the Red Army. 

Moyes left Old Trafford after less than one season in charge, after suffering defeat in 11 of 34 Premier League games at the helm.
