We will bounce back and we will react positively to this. Liverpool are crowing about beating us, but that only shows how much they have fallen behind. They may not finish in the top six and have for example lost twice to Blackpool, lost at home to Wolves and were recently thumped at West Ham.

Lets call a spade a spade here eh?

Firstly, we dont deserve to be top of the league, we're playing @#$%& cr@p all season, and have been terribly lucky.

Our midfield is a complete @#$%& shambles, its a disgrace. We remind me of Milan, depending on old fogies who are past it to keep the team glued together.

We've bought plenty of players, most turning out to be substandard players who would be better suited to a mid table team.

Rooney deserves to be dropped but because hes fcukin English he wont be, the media would go insane and force his inclusion, typical media bull shyt.

The defence is, at best, weak, when we lose one man.

The cover isnt there, of sufficient quality.

Evra is one of the worst defenders in the team, awesome going forward but atrocious at positioning and defensive duties, Rafael is coming on but is still too rash, Smalling is a ray of light because he actually looks decent.

Things are about to implode, and its time we faced up to it.

These defeats have been overdue and been coming a long time.

The days of "yeah we'll be fine" are gone my friend....

I am afraid you are right Briansmurph.We have rode our luck all season & now it is catching up with us.Imagine winning the league with this current crop! I just can't see it & if we do it will have more to do with the inconsistencies of others than how good we are.
Totally agree ref Rooney. He had his tantrum, got a load more £ but apart from the odd flash what has he done to earn his reputation as 'world class?.'Sorry to say but he is just another invention from the media.This lot are so desperate to have a'world class'English player that they will try anything to make people believe we have one in Rooney.Just as they have with Gerrard, Lampard, Terry.Very good in the Prem & quite often in the Champs League.But world class?Nah, not IMO.World class wages though...the lot of 'em.Well done boys.
If we manage to get past Marseille (not a foregone conclusion) much better opposition lie in wait.I dread to think what will happen if we draw Bareclona!Then we will see some world class players!
Giving new contracts to Anderson & Carrick (not good enough) & continuing with Giiggs & Scholes (respect to both) does not bode well for the future.It suggests one of two things to me. Either;
1) Surely SAF knows the limitations of this current squad.Especially the midfield.He must know that we need better quality.Trouble is, better quality costs £ & we don't have it, or at least enough of it.So he has to make do with what is there now.Grrrrr.
2) He thinks that what is there now IS good enough.Oh dear!Whichever one it is methinks some lean ties may lay ahead.
