Arsenal are being linked with a surprise bid for Manchester United’s struggling forward Louis Saha. The Frenchman looks destined to leave Old Trafford over the summer after spending another injury-ravaged season in the treatment room. Arsene Wenger is rumoured to be a keen admirer of Saha – and could offer his countryman a career lifeline at Ashburton Grove.
Saha has never settled in with United following a £12.5million move from Fulham in January 2004.
His future as a United player is in serious doubt after another disappointing campaign - and reports are suggesting that the striker could make a surprise move to North London to join-up with trophyless Arsenal.
The club have remained tight-lipped on Saha's future but the player has admitted that Wednesday's European Cup final against rivals Chelsea could be his last as a Manchester United player.
"The future isn't in my hands," said the 29-year-old.
"I know this could be my last game, and I would understand if the manager went for another striker. I can't speak about my future too much really now, though."
Do you want Saha to leave? Should he join Arsenal?
