Match Report from the Game Last Night against Livinston. When Dundee fought back from being 1-0 down for the 2nd time at home this season leaving us unbeaten at home.

Dundee lined up with no change in the team that had played Dundee United in the last game they lined up with the following:

Speroni, MacKay, Wilkie, Hernandez Santos, Rae, Nemsadze, Hutchinson (Mair 81), Smith, Novo, Lovell (Sara 75), Caballero (Brady 90). Subs Not Used: Langfield, Jablonski.

Livingston lined up with the following team:

Broto, Bahoken (McNamee 39), Rubio, Andrews, Dorado, Hart, Makel (O'Brien 29), Quino, Bingham, Dadi (Zarate 62), Xausa. Subs Not Used: McEwan, Toure-Maman.

The Referee was Charlie Richmond and the Attendance was 5,381 which of about 5,000 were Dundee.

Dundee kicked off the game well with attacking football but Livingston got there goal after a break away from Eugene Dadi the ball got knocked across the face of the goal and unfortunately hit Georgi Nemsadze to put Livingston in the lead

Georgi seemed to half a bad first half with Livingston throwing in hard tackle after hard tackle and were lucky not to have there left back Bahoken sent off after a bad tackle once he had been booked but the player got stretchered off the pitch after a clash with Steven Lovell.

Caballero had a great shot after Livi went ahead and was unlucky not to score from it.  The shot was like the old Caballero and shows that he is back to his old self and is still not fully fit so hopefully things can only get better.

In the 22nd minute of the game Dundee got a free kick and Hernandez nearly scored from the Free Kick in a brilliant curling shot that David Beckham would be proud of.

In the second half Georgi Nemsdaze made up for his Own Goal when he put Nacho Novo through for goal when Nacho put the ball away to bring Dundee back to 1-1.

Broto had to do well to stop Novo and Lovell from Scoring after some great chances but finally Gavin Rae grabbed the winner after a Nacho Novo cross.

There were a lot of appeals about offside on Caballero which saw Broto running to the linesman but after the referee spoke to the linesman they agreed that Marvin Andrews had played Caballero onside.

Overall a great game and Dundee were far the better side good game for a neutral supporter and still Dundee remain unbeaten in the city of Dundee.  Hopefully we can keep this record when Celtic come in a week.

Our Defence looks solid with Wilkie and Hutchinson and Wilkie looked solid with his runs forward espcially the run in the box where he ran circles around about 5 Livinston Players.

Nacho and Caballero are looking brilliant upfront and I see Steven Lovell coming on each week.

The last positive thing that I can remember is Barry Smith is playing brilliant in his new role which leaves him to come back when Wilkie and Hutchinson come forward for corners.  Also gives us a good presence in midfield.

Man of the Match:  Lee Wilkie.  He was yet again solid in defence and a great presence running forward.
