Gareth Taylor missed most of pre-season last time round through injury- but now he can't wait to experience his first proper pre-season as a Nottingham Forest player. Gareth will have to work hard in training and in friendlies to ensure he is picked ahead of King who's been sensational for Jamaica.

Gareth Taylor is now getting his first taste of pre-season as a Nottingham Forest player. The aerial forward missed most of what would have been last tiem round due to a serious eye injury which he had picked up whilst in action for former club Burnley. Now though he's fully fit and can't wait. "My pre-season last year was cut short and that had an impact once the season got underway and I was given the all-clear to start playing again. "There were times when I found it hard going because I hadn't done all of the basic fitness work in pre-season. I'm just hoping this year will be different. "Things have gone okay for me so far in pre-season but like the rest of the lads I'm looking forward to playing again." Here's to hoping that Gareth, and the Forest buys, have a successful pre-season and ultimately a successful league campaign . |
