Everton's 23 year-old midfielder Leon Osman could be on his way to The City Ground shortly. Manager Joe Kinnear has admitted that he is interested in the Wigan-born star on the club's official site and he would surely be a decent addition to the already rather strong Forest side.

Osman coming in.

Forest boss Joe Kinnear has confirmed that he is interested in Everton's Leon Osmond. The player had a short sell on loan with Derby County at the end of last season- this proved to be extremely successful.

“Leon Osman is one of a number of players I have enquired about and I’m awaiting an answer from Everton.”  Kinnear told the club's official site.

And when asked whether this means that he will be brining in more players he told the club's official site: he adds: “I think I’ve got to bring in a least three more players. I’ve got irons in the fire and I’m hoping that this week I’ll be able to beef up the squad yet further.”

Despite the 23 year-old playing for Derby County last season, should he come to the City Ground he would surely be accepted by fans as you just cannot deny his quality.
