The club previously stated that they should expect the player to sign on the dotted line before the month of July is up and that they are already working on a fee to avoid being forced into a tribunal. The reason that the player has not done so already will probably be the fact that Joe Kinnear is still on his "holidays" and scouting in Portugal.
