Oldham's injury crisis worsened this week with the news that influncial skipper Phil Farrell may miss the rest of the season with a shoulder injury...

ROUGHYEDS V BULLDOGS

Oldham face Batley Bulldogs, who are notoriously difficult to beat at their Mount Pleasent ground and the Bulldogs are currently enjoying a superb run of form which has seen them climb to sixth place in the NFP.

ORLFC player-coach Steve Molloy is again faced with an ever growing injury list and will have to pick another makeshift team. The Roughyeds know that they cannot afford to drop any more points and are desperatly trying to lift themselves into contention for a place in this seasons play-offs.

Joint captain Phil Farrell could be out for the rest of the season with a shoulder injury. He is joined by Mark Sibson, who damaged his ribs last week during the Hunslet game and David Gibbons, who could only manage a brief appearance last Sunday, as a substitute.
