Airdrie travel the short distance to Coatbridge on Saturday to do our local neighbours a favour and give them a kick about. The game as always is the last game before the season kicks off for real, well for most teams.

A good win over Alloa has set the prediction league up nicely, goals from Willie McLarenx 2 and David Dunn secured the win.

Remember when other teams are enjoying their first matches in the Bells Challenge cup we will be languishing in the pub waiting for the draw to be announced.
