Neil McGowan out for six weeks

Airdrie physio Michael McLaughlan has released news concerning the condition of Neil McGowan after Saturdays one - nil win over Clyde at the Excelsior Stadium.

Airdrie defender Neil McGowan was substituted early during Saturday's game, sitting behind the dug out I could see that there was some serious damage done to his ankle.

Michael McLaughlan the Airdrie Physio has sent details concerning Neil, after scans he has not fractured any bones but he has sustained ligament damage that could side line him for up to six weeks, bad news I think most will agree.
