Leigh RMI v. Crawley Town preview

Newly promoted Crawley Town make their Conference debut this afternoon when they travel to Hilton Park to take on a new-look RMI side on the first day of the new Conference season. RMI boss Phil Starbuck has a full squad to choose from after they came through the pre-season campaign unscathed, although goalkeeper-assistant manager Gary Kelly is still sidelined with his troublesome thumb injury which has kept out of action since the New Year, meaning Australian goalkeeper Ian Martin will continue between the sticks.

Recent signings Alex Meecham and Martin Moran are set to make their debuts after joining the Railwaymen earlier in the week, while a host of summer signings will be making their league debuts for RMI, including Barry Miller, Craig Gaunt, Craig Mitchell and Chris Simms.

The visitors welcome back Sean Hankin and Neil Jenkins are fit to play after coming through a friendly unscathed following a broken toe and mild concussion respectively.
