F.A. Lift Signing Ban/RMI Make a Double Swoop!

The Football Association have lifted the signing ban that they have placed on Leigh RMI. With the situation now resolved Waywell hoped to strengthen the struggling Railwaymen. Waywell took full advantage to add to his under-performing squad with two new signings. He has recruited Bury defender Nicky Hill on a month's loan to try and tighten up the Railwaymen's defence, which has leaked 46 goals already this season.

Also Waywell has stapped up former Doncaster forward, Paddy Wilson from Unibond League side Droylsden. Wilson will increase attacking options for RMI and maybe be an ideal partner for on form Dino Maamria.

More good news for the Leythers is that new assistant Mark Patterson has signed a playing contract at Hilton Park to increase the depth in Waywell's squad.

The duo are set to make their debuts against Halifax Town on Boxing Day
