After the cancellation of last Saturday's scheduled friendly with Grove Sports, Leigh Genesis play their second game of the summer this coming Saturday when they travel over the Pennines to face North West Counties Premier Division side Silsden.
Having played the last few seasons at Cougar Park in Keighley, Silsden are returning to their spiritual Keighley Road home this season, but unfortunately ongoing building work means that Saturday's fixture will instead take place at Crosshills FC, near Keighley, with a 3pm kick off.
As with last week's 3-3 draw with Chadderton in Leigh's opening game of the summer, Genesis will be taking advantage of the chance to take a look at a number of trialists in the side who will be looking to impress boss Mark Maddox.
The ground is situated in the Crosshills area of Keighley, not far from the A6068 that you pick up at the end of the M65 in Colne.
Kick off is at 3pm, with admission costing £5 for adults and £2.50 over 65's, students and under 16's, with Silsden planning on producing a programme for the occasion.

I thought it was the A6068 off the M65 (and Google seems to agree), but the official directions from Silsden suggest it's the A6063....this could be fun!
