The latest news from the club with regards to players injuries brings both bad and good news. West Bromwich Albion have confirmed this morning that left back Marek Cech who finished Wednesday's 3-2 victory over Blackpool with a hamstring strain will definately miss out this afternoon at 23rd placed Plymouth Argyle.

West Brom will also be without Ishmael Miller this afternoon, who also played through the pain barrier at Bloomfield Road on Wednesday evening, after coming on as a 65th minute substitute and picking up an ankle injury in the tackle which led to Albion's match winning penalty.

The club are yet to confirm what length of absence the striker faces, although early reports indicated it could be between 2-3 weeks.

In better news Joe Mattock is fit and ready to return this afternoon after missing out midweek through illness.
